Young Women Award

I have spent this last year working on my Personal Progress with Erin.
I knew this would be Erin's last Young Women's in Excellence program and I
determined that this would be my last chance to work on finishing my own
personal progress booklet.  I love young women program and was honored to
take the new booklet and redo and recommit my goals.
Erin helped me sign things off to earn her honor bee.
It was a very sweet evening and I really was honored to be awarded the
Young Womanhood Recognition medallion

and the scripture ribbons

Erin earned her YW recognition and medallion last year.
She's been working on earning her honor bee.
Here is Erin's honor bee close up.

Spooky Halloween

The young men and young women put on a
halloween carnival for the primary kids this year

the laurels were in charge of the haunted house
We decided 16 degrees or not, to greet the trick or treaters on the porch
with a little fire to warm them up
did you notice that we've got mice here there and everywhere
spooky...

dad's creation  a scary ghoul
mom's creation.... pretty good wouldn't you say??
(don't be silly...I followed a Martha Stewart pattern)
