Splashing around at South Fork Canyon

What have we been up to???

We've had a fun, fun, fun summer...
Our family reunion began in Provo
over the 4th of July with our extended
family and continued up in Yellowstone
with our children and grandchildren.
There were never enough hours in the day...
never enough time... and certainly it just
didn't last long enough....
We love our Family!!!

The boat is almost finished!

Bob has finished the bottom part of the boat and has
turned the boat back over.... now he is working on
painting the topside... the cabin and deck and then
he'll begin the finish work. Check out his progress.
Here is the primer going on the bottom of the boat...3 coats of primer, sanding after each. Then 2 coats of hardened cross linked white paint.

The top line trim and boot stripe are taped off

Painting the sides Flag Blue.... which Bob says is very close to BYU Blue. 2 coats of glossy Flag Blue

Bob is tipping off the paint.... he rolls the paint on then brushes it with a brush to tip it off.

Pulling off the tape revealing the top trim
